This autumn three new apprentices joined the workshop. Over the next four years they will learn everything from milling rough boards to fitting a kitchen.
How our apprenticeship works
Every apprentice has a mentor, rotates between the workshop and job sites and spends one paid day per week at trade school. At the end there is a job waiting, if they want it.

“The first month is mostly sweeping and sharpening. By month three you build your first drawer.”
Applications for 2027
We take two to three apprentices per year. No experience needed, just curiosity and reliability.
