Estimates
Site visits and written estimates are free. Written proposals are valid for 30 days.
Contracts & changes
Work begins after a signed contract. Changes are agreed in writing, with price and schedule impact, before they are carried out.
Payments
Typically 20% at signing, milestone payments during the project, and 10% after the final walkthrough.
Warranty
Five years on workmanship from the date of completion. Manufacturer warranties apply to products and appliances.
